Linda Thai's Somatic Embodiment & Regulation Strategies

About this event

This 12-session virtual series provides an evidence-informed, somatic framework for understanding trauma, autonomic nervous system dysregulation, and attachment-based adaptations. Across three parts, participants learn to recognize survival-response patterning, apply non-pathologizing case conceptualization, and implement practical, body-based strategies for stabilization and co-regulation. The series integrates polyvagal theory, sensory processing considerations, and developmental/relational somatic psychotherapy concepts to support clinical decision-making with trauma-impacted clients. Participants will gain both theoretical grounding and applied interventions to support nervous system regulation, embodied resilience, and attachment repair.
